Pooja S. Rao is an accomplished entrepreneur with an excellent academic background in business management. After earning her Master’s Degree in Business Administration, she started her entrepreneurial journey in 2010, following successful roles in prestigious multinational companies.

As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Medline Academics, she has spearheaded the creation of India’s first e-learning platform dedicated to reproductive medicine, training over 300 specialists every year. Ms. Pooja has played a key role in establishing Dr. Kamini Rao Hospitals, which is dedicated to providing quality healthcare for women. Besides, she has also co-founded the Kamini Kares Foundation, an initiative committed to supporting underprivileged communities of society.

In 2024, she was recognized amongst the Top 10 Women Leaders in eLearning Companies and the Top 10 Iconic Women Leaders to Follow. Her commitment to excellence, innovation, and making a difference continues to inspire many.
