Mr. Dileep Kumar Ramaswamy

Chief Embryologist

Mr. Dileep Kumar Ramaswamy has over 15 years of experience in the IVF industry and a background in healthcare management from ISB. He has successfully managed multiple IVF projects and focuses on quality control and assurance to maintain high standards in IVF labs. He has introduced new strategies and KPIs to improve lab efficiency and effectiveness. As a faculty member at IIRRH and independently, he has trained over 100 embryologists. Mr. Dileep is actively involved in research on sperm morpho-kinematics and the role of male gametes in embryo development. He works on advanced methods for sperm selection and separation.

He is an executive member of KISAR, a former EC member of ACE, and an active member of Karnataka IFS. He has contributed chapters to national and international publications and is a regular speaker at conferences and educational events.
